Speedy shipments We usually ship Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground, unless specified. The order goes out no later than next business day, or we will call you and give you a ship date. International orders are shipped prepaid through the United States Postal Service.
Express air shipments When you are in a real rush, it comes to you by air express.
Autoclaving Instructions: Autoclave at 120 degrees C / 250 degrees F, under 15 lbs. of pressure for 10 to 15 minutes with drying. Remove from autoclave immediately.
Caution: Excessive exposure to autoclaving heat may cause warping or decreased structural integrity. Do not exceed 120 degrees C / 250 degrees F, 15 PSI, 15 minutes.
Returns: A return authorization number must first be obtained. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment. For assistance, call our customer service department at 1-800-789-5550.
